This page is a practical service policy template for RamNaym Builds and should be reviewed for your local legal requirements before launch.

1. Quotes and scope

Submitting a request does not create a paid order. RamNaym Builds reviews the request and may send a fixed quote describing the included work, exclusions, delivery estimate and included revisions.

2. Payment

Development begins only after the customer accepts the quote and the full quoted amount is successfully paid. Hosting subscriptions, domains and third-party services are separate unless the quote explicitly says otherwise.

3. Changes

Features outside the accepted scope are not automatically included. They may require a separate quote. Included revisions are limited to the number stated in the accepted offer.

4. Delivery

Delivery can be provided as source files, a download, a preview/deployment URL, or another format described in the quote.

5. Refunds and payment disputes

Refund handling must follow applicable consumer law and the payment provider's rules. Any published refund policy should be reviewed for the countries where the service is offered; do not rely on this template as legal advice.

6. Prohibited requests

RamNaym Builds may decline projects involving illegal activity, abuse, credential theft, malware, unauthorized access or other harmful use.
